Intensified Ascension Symptoms: Navigating Together

As we continue on our journey of spiritual growth together we have noticed ourselves as well as heard from many of our clients - that frequency changes are occurring rapidly at the moment, and it is our bodies giving us this feedback.

In other words many of us are experiencing intensified ascension (spiritual awakening/evolution of consciousness) symptoms.

Here are some indications you might be:

• Dizziness, headaches, lower back pain, confusion, neck pain, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, achy muscles, painful joints, extreme fatigue, erratic sleep, flu like symptoms, hot and cold flushes, increased sensitivity to intolerances, food and alcohol, noises and light, vivid dreams, shivering, aversion to anything out of your alignment, inability to socialize. Loss of appetite, a thirst that can’t be quenched, increased heart rate, increased telepathic ability, increased recognition of synchronicity, thoughts left unchecked that spiral… 

Solar flares got something to do with it…

The correlation between solar flares and ascension is a recognized phenomenon within spiritual and metaphysical communities. Solar flares, characterized by intense bursts of electromagnetic radiation and charged particles from the sun, have been observed to influence human consciousness and the energetic environment of the Earth (therefore affecting the human energy field, resulting in heightened emotions, spiritual insights, and energetic shifts among people).

Symptoms can manifest physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, as we undergo profound shifts in consciousness and as we are adjusting to it all.

And it can be uncomfortable… it’s not just rainbows in other words.

What is valuable and important to acknowledge is that we're not alone in this process. We're all interconnected, and our collective energies are undergoing significant transformations.
