This ancestral cacao is a product of "Tuqtuquilal" in Alta Verpaz of Guatemala, a regenerative centre that uses reforestation to empower cacao. This cacao grows amongst vanilla, cardamom, ginger, turmeric and provides Earthy & Fiery qualities.

Grown in a small town near "Alta Verpaz", where the earth is abundant, well cared for and diverse.
The origin of Cahabon leads social and environmental projects in its region and through cacao supports hundreds of people.

How to prepare a cup of cacao:
Chop desired amount of cacao and mix the cacao into 1.5-2dl hot water (or melt in a saucepan with water, without boiling!) and blend until foamy with a whisk or blender.
Add any natural sweetener of choice as well as any spices you desire to add to your elixir.
Dosage:
~ 1Tbsp (10-20grams) Calm mind:
ideal for meditation and to support sleep or as a daily dose.
~ 2Tbsp (20-30grams) Creative Flow:
perfect for enhancing creativity, clarity, focus and to improve the mood. Works well in combination with movement and self-reflection.
